India's ICICI Bank has asked the police to hund down(追詰める）　a "bear cartel"(弱気のカルテル） that it alledges（主張する） launched a smear campaign involving mobile phone text messages, e-mail and Internet blogs in an attempt to bring down the country's largest private bank.
